We have a large database of adequately qualified and medically fit Officers and Ratings with suitable experience on all types of vessels and who can be deployed to meet the manning needs of ship owners of all types of vessels.
All our seafarers hold valid travel documents and certificates required for their respective ranks.
In line with our standard procedure, prior proposing a seafarer to our client, all his certificates are verified from the issuing authorities for their authenticity and a reference check for his credentials and sea service record is carried out with previous employers.
Our recruitment procedures are in line with MLC 2006 regulations. We take pride in our transparent dealings with our clients as well as our seafarers.
